 Login to pcf.learn.com
Your username is the first part of your ESS login.
first initial + lastname. example: John Smith = jsmith
 Password
When you login for the first time, the initial password is welcome. You will be prompted to change your password and fill out a security question.
 Forgot your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot password? link on the Login Page. It will ask you to enter you username.

 My Courses
Courses that have been assigned to you will be located within My Courses. Once you are in My Courses page, you will see My Learning Plan. Learning Plans are a group of courses that have been bundled together. Click on the  symbol to view your Learning Plan details.
 Accessing the Course
After clicking on the symbol to expand the Learning Plan, select the title of the course to begin. The Learning Center will record your completion date once you have completed the course.

 Course Catalog
Search through our Library of Courses available to you at any time. Simply click on Course Catalog, and select the topic you would like training on.
 Search for Courses
At any time you can type the name or topic of a course you are trying to find with the Search tool located on the left menu bar. Once you have found the course you are looking for, click on the link to start the course.

What Happens to Courses I have Completed in the Old Learning Center?
The New Learning Center will not reflect your course completions from the previous Learning Center system. A record of all your completions have been captured and logged with our H.R. team.
If you require a copy of your transcript for previous course completions, please contact learn@pcfcorp.com

Note for Managers:
We recommend accessing the Learning Center through the Manager's Portal in Taleo.
This link is always available on the right hand column of the Intranet home page.
The username is the same as the beginning of your ESS login (first initial + last name, the company code is PCFCORP). .
